On your website you advertise a WD Element hard drive, marked down from R1099.90 to R799.90. As I showed this to my colleague, he immediately jumped at the opportunity to buy one at the Sandton City branch. (Which I have a copy of receipt). I took my time deciding, since the ad is still on there website. Now that i want to buy it they are bluntly denying the fact that they sold it ever for that price except for there online shopping site. Even after showing him the receipt it was still denied. Going to the store twice to state my case. I need answers and solutions.
