FAILURE TO HONOUR ADVERTISED PROMISE

After seeing an Sony M4 Aqua advert on one of your leaflets for a promotion that ran from 18 August to 06 September 2015, I made sure I went to CNA (Pavilion - Westville,DBN) to get myself the Sony M4 Aqua cell phone. I was however disappointed to learn that the details of the Sony M4 Aqua advertised were actually incorrect, in fact it was misleading. In the advert CNA stated that the phone had a 16GB internal memory but to my surprise it only had 8GB internal memory. I would like to know why CNA sold me an 8GB phone instead of the advertised 16GB phone?<br> <br> In the advert CNA also promised buyers of the Sony M4 Aqua a FREE R200.00 red square voucher. Staff at CNA Pavilion never game me the voucher. When I brought this to their attention they took my number and said they will phone me on 31 August 2015 but to date no call or communication has been received from CNA Pavilion.<br> <br> I would like someone to make contact with me to resolve the above queries.<br> <br> <br> <br>
