Excellent Service by CNA Staff Member at OR Tambo Airport, South Africa
<p>On the 29th June 2016 I had a longish layover at OR Tambo Airport South Africa. After using the complimentary 30 minutes of AlwaysOn internet I needed to top it up. I proceeded to purchase a voucher from the CNA Shop at OR Tambo. When I failed to load it I went back to seek assistance from the CNA Shop. I want to give thumbs up to the young lady Miss Thabiseng Sikhukula who exhibited impressive listening and customer care s****s - she went out of her way to call the service provider and was concerned about the resolution of my problem. and Keep it up Miss Thabiseng Sikhukula</p>
