Excellent Service
I was looking for a particular issue of an overseas magazine that had unfortunately already been replaced by the next issue and sent back to RNA. Wendy took my details and promised to see what she could do to get me the issue I was looking for. She has gone the extra mile by following up with me daily to let me know the progress on this and has now confirmed that they have managed to locate a copy and she will call me next week when it arrives. NOW THATS WHAT I CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE. THANK YOU WENDY!! She goes the extra mile for her customers and for this reason I will continue to support CNA at Canal Walk. CNA should be very proud to have her as one of their employees.
