Empty shelves
I went to CNA to buy a couple of stationary items. There are no people on the floor to assist customers. I had to walk through shop three times and eventually went to the cashiers. I asked for a staple remover. She dragged her feet to the correct department and pointed to an empty set of shelves and said \They were supposed to be here". I asked why the shelves were so empty as those specific shelves are always empty - one or two staplers lying around. She then said that it was sold out. I then asked why they don't order stock and she rep**** that their head office sends them stock"
