Efficient service and friendly staff

They say that you only appreciate the value of something when it's no longer there. And that is very true of CNA gateway lately when I had to go gift shopping during the lockdown. CNA always has great gift ideas and novelties. I honestly thought of a time not so long ago when I purchased gifts for an office function but the Bluetooth speaker wouldn't charge. Armed with nothing but a print out of credit card statement, I went there seeking assistance. As always their friendly staff clicked their screens picked up my transaction, tested my speaker and saw that the charger was faulty. They then took a brand new charger tested it and handed it to me. Such great service.
