Do not order from CnA

I placed an online order on the 1st of December 2020 to the value of R1000 and the order status still says processing. Can you please assist I have already called your reception 3 times and I do not get feedback this is highly disappointing as I was asked to also pay a delivery fee. the guys are extremely unprofessional you only get one number on the website and it reception theres no online support, you guys suck big time
