DO NOT buy electronics from CNA...

I bought a laptop from CNA last year November, and now the laptop is giving me problems and CNA is unable to assist me. I went to the store in Tzaneen, Limpopo province and they told me I can bring back the laptop with the receipt, when I came back with those requirements, they told me they cant do anything and I have to call a certain number for assistance. I have since been calling trying to get help and its all in vain. Exams are fast approaching and i need the laptop for my online classes and these delays are going to cost me.
