Dissapointing service

It was my second time visiting the CNA Pincrest in Durban and the Manger Estel should really learn customer service and how to treat her customers, she does not smile, greet or acknowledge the customers, very disappointed I will not be returning to that store again, I'd rather drive 10k to the next CNA then go to her store
