I bought my children aged 7 & 4 these tablets and within a few months when they dropped them the were literally smashed.When we took it in for repairs they requested us to pay R650 yet this item was supposed to be child proof? I'm not sure what the guarentee period is as everywhere I go its costly to fix these things. Very upset, do I now have to pay another R1000 for new tablets when the kids didn't use them for less than 2 months?
