Dishonest and unreliable

I visited CNA Brackenhurst and requested the lady the behind the till to assist me with a black cartridge for my printer. I went around the shop looking for a few more items, got to the till, advised the cashier that there is a cartridge lying there somewhere that belongs to me, she found it, scanned it, and put it in the bag. Not once was it given to me to check. I only realized once I opened and installed it that its a color cartridge and not a black cartridge! Thanks for wasting R600 for me!!! Will never support your stores again! Dishonest and unreliable!
