Disappointed and Shocked Client

I was given a card by a friend which I misplaced at my house. Yesterday I managed to find it. Excited as ever I headed to CNA to purchase a book I have been wishing to own in months to be told that the gift card had expired and was given a number to call and enquire on the balance.

I was so shocked and flabbergasted at the manner the lady handled my query, with no care in the world telling me that the card had expired and there was nothing to be done. She went on to say the only time CNA could resolve my matter was if there was a big balance in the Card. What a JOKE!!!!!!!. Big balance to who's life? R100 R200 or even R10 is a big balance in my life.

Can this matter be ecsalated urgently as I urgetnly need to get my book to broaden my knowledge.

Dissapointed with your atrocius service received.

Ref Number: ********** 3949-GO
