Different priced books

<p>How can exactly the same book be different prices for different languages. I was at your Glen Marais store to get the K53 book. I mistakenly took the afrikaans version and paid for it. Before leaving the store I wanted to exchange it for the English version of exactly the same version book and was told by a very rude manager, Minah, that it was more expensive. How can this be? Is this your normal practice to rob people and then have rude managers? Unacceptable and I will not visit any of your stores ever again</p>
