DEFINE CUSTOMER SERVICE
On the 24th March we sent a driver to purchase a map book. Unfortunately it was incorrect so we sent him back this morning he was sent again and told to come back tomorrow as the store is offline and under renovation so nothing can be done.<br> <br> He called me and I phoned, speaking to somebody who said they are the manager but with that attitude I cannot believe it - Vakile. I asked that the item be exchanged and extra be paid in. I was told NO! I asked \Why are the doors open if you cannot do business? and was told that they only do cash business.<br> <br> I was desperate and said that I would report this to Head Office and the bad attitude response was "GO AHEAD\"".<br> <br> I'M TOTALLY FRTUSTRATED"
