Dangerous entrance
Due to construction there is a small portion of the floor dug up on entrance.<br> I have photos showing that no warning of this is given.<br> When pushing my trolley in with my son and daughter in the trolley, the wheels got stuck on the dug up floor.<br> My little boy could not keep his balance and fell out of the trolley and cut his lip and mouth open when hitting the floor. CNA offered no help or apology.
