damaged goods

Purchased tablet from CNA JHB , it was taken in on DEC 9th to CNA Pavilion and Melissa advised that its company policy that the tablet must first be taken to Samsung (Pavilion) to have a report obtained on what was wrong with the tablet. When tablet was taken to Samsung (Stanley) used a pen and damaged the pin and after that stated that we needed to pay R500 to repair the tablet. We then took the tablet back to Melissa which was still under warranty and she sent it to Samsung Head Office in Dbn and a call was only received on the 15th of Jan 2015 that it now cost R2000 to repair . I visited the store on the 17th of Jan to speak k to the manager (Kay)she advised that Melissa was on leave and will get back to me , but no phone call was received by both of them until the 14th of Feb when I phoned Kay and she advised that she will call back within the week which to date I did not receive any calls or feedback. Its now 3 months and the tablet is still with them and I have advised Kay that the tablet is been used by my children for school purposes . With them keeping the tablet so long the warranty as now expired.
