This is to commend Vasi (Regional Manager) for great customer service after I wanted to return a Lenovo laptop as was given bad service at Highveld Mall CNA, the excellent handling of my complaint is really commended. All Mpho and the staff working at Middelburg Mall on the 30th of July showed great emotional intelligence in dealing with customers.<br> <br> Given the challenges face by Edcon, employees like Vasi and the Middelburg staff serves as the corner stone for customer retention.
