Customer complaint

CNA The Groove Mall. The worst service ever. Was next on line the cashier kept on calling the lady behide me. Twice the lady told her that am before her. Then she calls me. I asked to buy electricity she told me sorry we don’t sell electricity. Before standing in the queue I asked the cashier whom was working alone at that time if they sell electricity and she said yes. Now this one tell me they don’t sell. I ask her what s the problem because it seems like she doesn’t want to assist me she becomes defensive. Her name is Lethabo. I just walked out n went to buy at pick n pay. Lethabo undermines people and is very rude. Will never Again support CNA the groove. It’s not the 1st time I experience bad service there but this time it was shocking.
