Complaint - CNA bookstore Uitenhage

<p>I went to the CNA bookstore yesterday morning to buy the Afrikaans version of the AB De Villiers book. It was clearly marked at the back of the book the amount R234.90. I went to the cashier to pay and I gave her 3 x R100 notes (R300). She then asked me for another 30c which I gave her. She closed the till and walked away. I then called het back and asked for my change. It had to be R65.10. She came back with an attitude slamming the drawers when looking for the calculator. After 10 minutes still busy on the till she gave me R34. I again told her it was incorrect and then in a very rude manner in front of other clients like I am a grade R child she counted the money in front of me, I showed her again that it was clearly marked R234.90 (my daughter was with me at that time). I then asked her to rather give my money back. She rolled het eyes and sighed. The enviroment I work in consist of client services and that is very important. Her service was very bad and in a very bad taste. I went home and phoned the store to speak to the manager but he was conveniently not there, his name is Eugene. I asked her (the cashier who picked up the phone was the same lady that helped me when I was in the store) to ask the manager to phone me back regarding the situation I gave my home number but I am still waiting for his call.
