CNA White River is falling apart

Yesterday I went in to CNA in White River, Mpumalanga and the store was in complete disarray. Everything was off the shelves, completely disorganised, nothing was in place. It took me 15 minutes to find a drawing book which was not with the other school books, it was the only one I could find and it was left on a random shelf in the pen section.

In addition to that, something in the shop had malfunctioned so that the entire time I was in the store there was an incessant and very annoying beeping noise that just never stopped. It made the entire experience very frustrating.

Not only that, but every single time I've been into that shop in the past 6 months there has always been only a single person at the tills. There are 3 till points and every single time I go in there is only one person helping and the others are just standing around. It doesn't matter how many people there are that are waiting to be helped there is always only one till open. So yesterday I wanted to buy a drawing book and 3 pencils and I had to wait in line for 10 minutes because there were 4 people in front of me and only one till was open.

Get it together CNA. I don't know who's running that store but I think I'd rather go somewhere else until you get it sorted out.

Went back to CNA White River yesterday and they seem to have gotten a bit better at least. Thank you CNA.
