CNA Wastes my time

On Friday the 13th of May at 9 35 am I received the below sms:

The wait is finally over! Get your copy of DOOM (PS4, Xbox One or PC) @ your nearest CNA store today! CNA. Your World Inspired. STOP to opt out

So on Sa****ay I go to CNA in blue route to buy the game and am advised they know nothing, I then show the sms and am advised that there buyers always do this type of thing.

I then drove to Kenilworth CNA and get the same treatment, just confusion from the staff saying they know nothing about this doom game.

I then went to Claremont CNA and they don't have the game either. So I phoned waterfront and C**** walk and they didn't have the game.

So I wasted petrol, my time and my airtime trying to get this doom game BECAUSE CNA smsed me and told me they had the game!!!!!!!

If they had delivery issues why not send another sms saying it will be delayed?!!

i want and explanation why CNA wastes their customers time and I want a senior manager to explain that to me
