CNA - VERY, VERY DISHONEST!!!

Be very careful when looking at a CNA advert. CNA has been advertising three Danielle Steele books at R199 (Big Save R649 included in ad) and now they just blame their supplier for not having stock. I have spoken with many friends and families and NOBODY was able to purchase a set like this, everybody got the same response. I even had a staff member "order" the books for me, phoning me to say it had arrived and when I went to collect, the Manager told me he couldn't override the price, as those books were costed seperately. When I showed him the ad in his own store (Which was valid until 26/27 May and nothing about "While Stocks Last", he just blamed the supplier and couldn't care less. This was at CNA in KeyWest. I even escalated it to their Head Office, all that happened was the lady who "ordered" the books called to apologize. DON'T TRUST CNA adverts, they couldn't care less about losing customers!!! Rather support someone like PNA!

Feedback - I was contacted by CNA Head Office and offered an alternative. Just a correction - Although "While Stocks Last" wasn't printed next to the actual ad, it was printed at the bottom of the page. Thank you to Muhammed and everyone on your Management Team who assisted in resolving this problem. It is good to know that a Management Team performs in a way which they should and not just ignore the problem.
