CNA TRIES CONNING CUSTOMERS WITH CHEAPER MODELS

CNA advertised a laptop on the Birthday Sale, when we went to purchase it there was a 3day sale where it was cheaper.. At N1 City (30.08.15), service was pathetic only security came to assist us at laptop area because of the alarm that kept going off.. 15min, eventually someone came to assist, only to tell us that they had no stock.. We then request that they call around to please find one (after they tried selling us their demo model, which has been running whole day and night, for the same price).. Eventually they find one at V&A Waterfront, I request that it be the exact same model and specs as advertised and they assure me it is.. <br> <br> We arrive at Waterfront only to find that it's NOT the same, rather a model that is a lot older.. Staff advise us that they NEVER receive the models that they advertise, but it's all the same - Then what is the point that you specify? Luckily my IT brother was chatting to us at the time and advised that the one they trying to rub off on us is a whole Generation Older!! We then get a call 04.09.15 to say KC has one for us and again we arrive there humiliated because now they want to charge us normal price because the sale is over?! I am disgusted..
