CNA SELLING FAULTY GOODS

This review was written on the 21st and still has not been resolved, my wife is currently getting calls from the N1 Branch manager Gavin Martin, to pic up the faulty phone and sort it out ourselves. we are only getting emails to say the so called query has been escalated. NOBODY PHONED TO SORT THIS MESS OUT, NO RESPONSES FROM NO ONE,

I HAVE NEVER SEEN SUCH UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE FROM A BIG COMPANY LIIKE CNA.

My wife has an Edgars account and frequently buys at CNA. She purchased a phone 3 – 4 months ago, this phone was in the display case for all to view and touch if needed, we bought the phone and was assured by the store manager that the phone is in perfect condition. He proceeded to switch the phone on and unfortunately me and my wife is no experts hence the phone seemed to be working. The same day we bought a safety cover for the back and a front cover for the front glass, she then used the phone for 3 months and the LCD screen went haywire while she was on her bed mind you. We took the phone back and upon an investigation from CNA they now told us it is our own fault for the screen to go blank. We have tried to explain to the manager that the phone was a display phone and we have secured the phone with the proper safety covers, the manager of the N1 City branch was not very helpful and did not heed our plea as he insisted it was our own doing and not those of customers coming in to view and touch the phone. If I may just add we always buy safety covers for our phones and do not really need them as we always take care of our phones. I strongly believe this is ********** behavior from CNA N1 CITY’s side and this should be stopped, who knows how many of their customers are falling victim to faulty goods being sold to unknowing customers.
