cna pathetic behavior

I bought a Cell phone, a blackberry 9720 from cna and it broke, so I took it back to the store, firstly the cellphone assistant called me & informed me that it wasn't an mtn phone, so I told her that I would bring my account card & she could see on the system what phone it is, before I went with the details, she called back & said the phone is sent. Now they inform me that its been sent to the wrong place and it is a vodacom phone & now they expect me to pay a fee to bring the phone back to the store, which is completely ridiculous! They should have done their job properly & found out the correct information before sending off the phone, she was just to lazy to go thru my account to identify the phone service provider! When I went to the store, the manger had a terrible attitude, she has no customer communication skills! Her behavior & attitude is disgusting for a store manager. I refuse to pay a fee for the employees of cna Newcastle cbd, not knowing how to do their job properly!
