CNA online order Delay

I made an online order on 16 December but even today it still says processing, very disappointed with CNA and worried about the children's stationery that I ordered thinking I will receive on time. I already received some online orders done in other online shops that I made at the same time with CNA. Its better to go to the store than placing online order no matter how far it is.
