Cna not caring about Ex employees

Good day

I am hoping that somebody can help me with a problem that I have with Edcon C.N.A. I resigned in June 2020 I worked out my full notice period and started a job thereafter. I completed forms to receive my provident fund payout. I was told that I would receive it within three months of resignation, after the 3rd month I took it upon myself to make contact with Edcon. I've sent them numerous emails they never responded to my mails until I threatened them with the ccma. They then gave feedback and said i would receive payment within 14 working days that was in November. It's already been 6 months. On the 9th of December when I was supposed to get the pay out I emailed them again but they didn't respond to me until I brought up the ccma for the second time. I then received an email where they added an attachment stating that I would employee's that left in June, July and August would receive their payouts between 01 December and 15 December and that attachment was sent out the 1st of December which I only received the 4th of December when they rep**** to my second email regarding why I didn't receive my payment after the 14 days and till today I haven't received anything not even a email back from them. I have been sending them emails they still have not gotten back to me.

I would please like to know if there is anybody that can kindly assist me. I could also send the trailing of the emails as well as the letter that was attached.

Regards, Chadwin Manuel
