CNA, LANGEBERG MALL , MOSSEL BAY ----- NOT WORTH A VISIT !!!!!!!!

Whilst shopping at Langeberg Mall yesterday the 12th December, and visiting the CNA, I once again walked out of their store in disgust.. Besides the fact that the shop requires half their current floor space for what little stock they carry, their service was again nothing but blatantly rude and abrupt as usual, and virtually non existent. Some time back my 93 year old Mother and I had unfortunately received CNA gift vouchers and I had visited the store yesterday to redeem the voucher whilst purchasing certain goods, including 2 x Tippex Correction pens. Whilst at the cashier, she shouted to another assistant who shouted back to me that they can't accept my voucher and I must go and spend it at a JET store around the corner. I then indicated that I would pay cash for the Tippex Pens and questioned their prices as being very excessive. The teller then proceeded to advise me that the price was as shown on the price tag at the back of the packaging, On re-questioning their price she then went into the computer and discovered that the pricing was incorrect, being nearly double of what they should have been. I was then presented with my bill along with serious attitude and no apology, and proceeded to the JET store. On arriving at the JET store, I questioned the Manageress about this voucher. She indicated that the CNA staff had mis-informed me and that she was sick and tired of their stupidity and inconveniencing and embarrassing customers by mis-informing them and sending them to her store. She then proceeded to march out the store to the CNA to again correct them accordingly, and sadly could not advise me as to where to redeem our vouchers. I would strongly suggest closing down this useless CNA store as your reputation is certainly preceding you amongst the local community.
