CNA incompetence
i had visited CNA santon city on the 29/12/2019 to purchase tickets for the the nutcracker winter circus.i had told the teller sphosethu tshaka that i would like tickets for the 30 December at 17:30 she went back and ask me to write my name as well my contact and repeated the time to me as 17:30 which i said yes she then handed me the tickets without any confirmation which i then put in my pocket.when i returned the next day for the show i seen that she had put the time as 15:30 which was really upsetting as i confirmed this with her twice.i went to the store to complain to the manager on duty who was vuyi where he made me wait over 30 min just to come back and tell me that his manager will contact me the next day as there is nothing he can do.to this day i have not recived any call or apology for the incompetence of CNA.i feel that my hard earned money was gone to waste due to CNA.i was told that the store manager manniks will contact me and see what he can do.i had left my details with them and have not heard anything.why should a customer suffer due to there incompetence and the manager has no customer experience to resolve this.it seems that customers dont matter to CNA.

Your manager from the store was unable to resolve this issue as he said he spoke to the teller and she is denying it,basically the response is he cannot believe a customer and said there is nothing he can do. as i explained this is terrible experience as the tickets were for kids for them to enjoy and getting to the door to see they cannot go in.it seems that the store does not care and refuses to admit the fault as well as has no compassion for the KIDS that had to suffer.
