CNA 'forgot\ TO SEND MY PHONE IN FOR REPAIRS"

I bought a Samsung Pocket Neo from CNA on 30/05/ 2015. In Dec 2015, it started giving me problems by not reading sim card. On the 4 Jan 2016, I took the phone in to CNA Pinecrest so they can send it to Vodacom for repairs. The shop assistant that assisted me told me to call back in 2 weeks. On 18th Jan, I called CNA Pinecrest and was told by a Sthembiso, that my phone was still lying around - it had not been sent for repairs because the guy that assisted me had resigned without sending it through. This was not acceptable to me, and I asked to speak to the Manager (Estelle). Sthembiso advised me that he'll give Estelle the message and she will call me back.

After about 50 minutes, I got a call from a lady whose name I didn't, who gave me a completely different story. She told me that did not have Waybills and therefore did not send my phone for repairs (for 2 weeks). She also told me that the manager, Estelle, was on a conference call, and could not talk to me (which I found very hard to believe)

I told her that it's not acceptable especially since 1 of them was definitely lying. Estelle still hasn't called me back, and I still don't have a phone!
