CNA down the tubes

Visited the Lephalale Mall shop yesterday, clearly they are planning to close the shop as there is no customer service, the cashiers were talking to someone on loudspeaker on the phone so the whole shop could hear igreated the lady and she kept on talking to the person on the line, i asked for a plastic bag which i did not get.
