CNA at Norwood Mall, Houghton

This review is a rave!!!

I went to CNA at Norwood Mall on 8 Jan 2021 at about 9am. I went there earlier knowing that most of the shops open at 9am. As the doors opened I approached, and a lady observed that I was walking towards the shops and slowly smiled. I entered the shop and was immediately lost as to where the items I needed was located. The lady that was busy washing the floor was very kind to direct me to the items I needed and was very courteous and friendly to assist. From there I moved to the counter to explain my predicament with posting a package I have no idea how to do. Here is where a very friendly lady called Millie Stoffels took control of my problem and showed me to the next milestone. Millie was very helpful in every aspect of my dealings with her including answering questions I asked that she happily answered with a smile. I paid for the items I purchased and was happily on my way. Both Millie and her shop assistant was very forthcoming and went out of their way to see to all my consumer needs and help me on my way.

I will definitely be shopping there from now on as the excellent and patient service outweighs the products.
