Challenges with laptop

It is with regret that I have to rite this complaint. I bought a laptop at CNA on the 25th of July 2014. To date I have been to their branch more than seven times because of the faulty laptop. First it had no *****s and they made me believe it was not an issue as they booked a repair with ACER. I now believe the laptop was never in good standard as I have taken it back several times (seven to be specific) for
1. not showing cursor
2. it sometimes went blank
3. freezing
4. It does not software
just to mention a few.

Now I have taken it back and they are telling me to contact acer directly as if I got the laptop from them an not Acer. I have no agreement with Acer but them and if the laptop has a guarantee. I think they pretended to care just to buy time so that the guarantee expires which might be the case if the 25th passes.
