Last year 2014/01/21 I Bashir Sanena bought a BlackBerry 9720 at CNA festival mall Kempton park at the amount of R2500 I took my fone in the beginning of this month September 2015 for repairs at it no longer wanted to charge and when ever I took pictures the fone would restart. I then received a call after 2 weeks and was told that my fone would not charge. My fone is under warranty and that it should be fixed or replaced. A lot of people have been complaining about the BlackBerry 9720<br> I want my cash back or fix my fone or replace it with another fone. I did not drop my fone in water nor cracked it.
