Cellphone Insurance Claim
Hi Peter,

On the 27th of June I went to CNA Riverside Mall to file a cellphone insurance claim. I bought the phone for my sister but she lost it so she reported it and she went to the police station to get an affidavit.

I went to the shop with my ID,store card, affidavit and box of the phone but to my surprise I was told I'm the one who was suppose to report the phone missing because it is registered in my name and the insurance company only has my details. I'm confused because it was not in my possession when it got lost.

I also had my sister's ID book with in case they needed it. But I was sent away.

Please advise what is the procedure of claiming for cellphone insurance?

Regards
Lucretia
