Cellphone Complaint
JM Frauendorf bought a Nokia Lumia 520 on Monday 26 January 2015 at 14:49 at Westgate CNA. Battery won't charge, when airtime is load it disappears completely. Don't even want to respond and die completely. He took it back within 7 days, Monday, 2 February 2015 at 14:15. The store was completely rude and arrogant and did not want to take phone back to replace with. Is was fully in the time period for a cellphone. Please assist!
