Cancelled Order Yet Failed to Refund
So in reality mistakes happen and prices are often incorrectly advertised. Some business actually honor the deals and thats what make them retain customers. CNA on the other hand does not effectively refund customers when they cancel orders which they themselves have advertised incorrectly.
My money was taken and yet I am requesting daily for feedback of my return. No wonder the Edcon group is failing - it is due to the way the businesses are run.
