Breach of online Terms
I recently posted the following message on your website; \Hi, I m trying to purchase something from your online store with some vouchers I had received. I get an error saying \"Oops, coupon code not valid\". The vouchers are definitely valid, I had them checked in-store. What should I do?\".<br> <br> The reply I got from CNA was as follows:<br> We have been informed by the Customer care team that unfortunately the payment method for online shopping is via credit card or an Edcon account card. Vouchers are not applicable but can however, be used for in store purchases. So sorry about this.<br> <br> This is unacceptable and a breach of the service you offer. Your website very clearly states that vouchers can be used and there is even a tab to input codes for vouchers when you pay. You can't just change that at random!! I bought these vouchers after I did my research and was sure that your online store does accept vouchers. What I am going to do with R2300's worth of vouchers since you do not have this special in store? "
