Breach of deadline

After contacting n1 city cna and having them confirm that they do have a specific game we saw online, we get to the store only to be told the price we saw online only applies online! So we went for nothing. We then order the game online and it says 3-5 days delivery, which even by business days delivery should have been 1 December. The online service to track your parcel is useless and didn't work half the time. The game eventually arrived 4 December with no communication from CNA. This after I tried to escalate where the parcel was. This was my first time buying from them online and potentially my last!
