Bought a firemen set that had clearly been opened and had stuff removed
Hi there,
We bought a firemen set from CNA only to find out that it was missing an item from the box. This set wasn't cheap and it was missing the walky talky. There were also a lot of other toys that were in similar condition and we thought this would be fine.
Thank you for taking the time in bringing this matter to our attention thus allowing us to remedy our shortfalls.We will advise our store manager so that corrective measures may be taken to prevent this from happening . Reference : ***/GO
