BLARING MUSIC AND COURTESY LACKING
This happens in a lot of retail outlets but there is always that ONE that takes one over the edge. BLARING MUSIC while one is trying to concentrate on purchasing items or read a text from the office or hear someone speak either via mobile or actual person to person (masks notwithstanding) Today I needed some stationary and went to the CNA in Rosebank Mall. The music was so loud that I asked the TWO loudly chatting cashiers to please turn it down. They did not! In fact, they seemed offended. I dropped the goods I was intending to purchase and walked out. People have jobs because there are customers needing to purchase goods. HOW DIFFICULT IS IT TO IMPART THAT IN THE RETAIL INDUSTRY??? Online shopping is becoming more and more appealing ..
