Beyond excellent customer service
Fawaaz went out of his way trying to help me track a lte router from various stores. He call back as promised, had good telephone etiquette and was so helpful and understanding. I didn't get the router as the Edcon doesn't have stock but he went above and beyond trying to helpe. Thank you Fawaaz Moses, this is what you call excellent customer service.
