BEWARE X BOX PACKAGE
I purchased an X Box package for my son for Xmas. It was meant to come with two games. The catch is that one must be downloaded. Was not advertised as such. After weeks of frustrating efforts I can still not get the game downloaded. I mailed their call centre last Monday - still no response despite their promise of 48 hours. So I have paid for something that I do not have and cannot get. Beware once you have paid they run like crazy - and you won't get what you paid for.
