I was doing my stationery and Christmas Shopping at CNA Loch Logan Waterfront Bloemfontein and I was assisted by this very efficient lady named Lorato. The woman went above and beyond, I mean this literally. It was such an unusual yet very pleasant experience. She made my Shopping experience very comfortable.
