Bad Systems

I saw a special on your site for ps4 controllers R499, when I tried to order it online the system kept crashing I called your help center and a lady said she would phone me when it would be back up to order.<br> The next day I saw that the special had been sold out, when I contacted your help center I was told that maybe they managed to get it before hand which can't happen as there is not a pre-order option so I would like an understanding as to how you can sell something out when systems are not working, the woman could not answer any of my questions and said that her manager would call which she didn't which is a disgusting service on your part.<br> She also said that another special would go out with a different price which is unacceptable as I wanted that specific special and lost out on a deal due to your horrific systems, I demand to get that controller for R499 and no more I find this to be false advertising as you can't supply it to me for that cost even though I went to a physical store only to be told sorry we can't help you (this just means you have absolutely bad service)
