Bad Service from stuff

Had the worst exprience as a client on Friday. Where the employees treated me with blatant disrespect. And they discussed stuff politics in my presence without even acknowledging my presence. When they eventually came to help me they treated me like an idiot instead of helping me with my problem. Kindly teach Joyce customers service it's not something she understands.. I was really disappointed considering I visit the the store a lot.. this all happened at Menlyn CNA and the ladies name is Joyce
