I purchased an HP 2640 Deskjet Printer from CNA Cresta on 27 Oct-14. This printer stopped working and on 14 Feb-15 I returned it to CNA Cresta, where Victor assisted me. The printer was sent to HP for repairs.

On 4 Mar-15, Victor phoned to advise that HP had sent the printer back to Cresta branch and on testing it, he discovered that it was still faulty, so it was returned to HP for further investigation.

On 20 Mar-15, I phoned as to the status of my printer, only to be advised by Nita, that Victor only returned the printer to HP on 18 March and not on 4 March as he told me. And Victor was now on leave. At this stage, I insisted on a new printer to which Nita advised that her Branch manager Isabella was on leave, but she will contact her and have an answer for me during the course of this past week.

After not hearing from Nita during this week, I contacted her this morning (27 March). According to her, she was unable to get hold of Isabella and I must now wait until she returns from Leave.

This is unacceptable Customer Service. I insist on either a full refund from CNA for the faulty printer or a NEW printer with immediate effect.
