BAD SERVICE
I purchased a voucher on the 23/12/2015 at CNA FOURWAYS , value should have been R200-00 ,DETAILS as follows: CASHIER AZRINDINI MOLEPO ***,GIFT CARD #***,BALANCE AMOUNT:0.00,***/***. Firstly I was in store for round 40 minutes trying to purchase this voucher which you can confirm with cashier , some vouchers went through others didn't , it took 40 min to get the vouchers . This was a gift for someone which I went through the embarrassment of them telling me there was 0 value on this card . How can you hand over a voucher card that you see did not register ? This is outrageous and I expect a new R200-00 rand voucher loaded at the convenience of the person I gave this as gift to , they reside in Kempton park and this must get done at Kempton park . Please ensure a manager calls me . This is exceptionally bad service especially in a time like this where voucher cards are going to be In demand!
