Bad Service

I went to The Glen CNA and purchased the limited edition Jack Sparrow Disney Infinity character. On the box it has a sticker that reads as follows 'ask for your free hawkeye valued at R179.99'. When we got to the till we were told no that means it is up to the store whether to provide this item and that you have to buy the full bundle. This sticker was not on the bundle but was on this packaging therefore this statement made by staff is false as that is not what is said on the sticker. I find this highly unprofessional and I do intend to take this further.
