Bad Service

<p>I am so disspointed of the Service i got from CNA Wonderpark from the lady called Pam, i wanted to return stationary that i bought at CNA Kolonade, the wonderpark manager and the teller told me that i cant return them because 7 days has passed, and i told them the terms and contitions on the receipt said 30 days and they said no we cant refund you because you bought them from CNA kolonade you have to go there, then the other one said in order for us to refund you, u need to provide us with the bank card that you used to purchase if not we still cant help you, because we are going to run a loss at the end of the day,and i waited for 45min for them to tell me all this stories.</p>
